EDITING YOUR TEMPLATE
EDITING WORDING: Double-click on the text box to edit the text. When it is in editing mode, you will see a border around the text. Please note: font styles are applied to the entire text box. For multiple font styles, you will need to create a new text box for each style. For example, if you want a header for a paragraph to be larger and in cursive, then you will need to add a new text box for this text. You can easily add text by clicking the 'add text' option in the side navigation panel.
ADJUST FONT, COLOR & SIZE:Once the text box is selected and in ‘edit mode’, you can also change color, font, size, etc.
ACCESSING SPECIAL CHARACTERS AND SWOOSHES: See all the available glyphs in a font by clinking on the words and navigating to the top editing bar. Click on the capital "A" to see what the font has to offer.
MOVE, RESIZE & ROTATE OBJECT: To change font size, you can use the edit toolbar. To rotate, click the text/object and then use the rotation handle at the top of each text box to drag it in the direction you want. To resize, click the text/object and drag the corners to make smaller or larger.
UPLOAD YOUR OWN IMAGES+GRAPHICS: Click the 'image' button in the side navigation panel. Click & drag your image to the upload field, then click the image icon to insert the photo to your template. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG and SVG. Please make sure your photo is in good quality in order to avoid any blur when printing. Preferably 300 dpi. Lower quality images will print blurry. If you need to crop your photo, you can do so by selecting the ‘crop’ tool in the edit toolbar above the design area.
CHANGING THE BACKGROUND COLOR: You can choose to apply a background color or a background image by clicking the 'Background' button in the side navigation panel. Please note that the colors might print differently than how they appear on the computer screen. Test print one page first, before printing all your cards.

When you are done editing and ready to print your template, click the download button and choose PDF, JPEG or PNG.
PDF (for home printing or with a professional service/print shop)
Here you can choose to add ‘trim marks’ if you are printing at home. Usually, print shops do not want trim marks. You can also choose to save paper, this will put as many as will fit on one sheet of paper. This is a great option if you are printing at home. For example two 5'' x 7'' templates and four 3.5'' x 5'' templates will fit on 1 sheet of paper.JPEG (print shop)
Some print shops prefer to receive a JPEF (VistaPrint for example), If they request a ‘bleed’, you have the option to switch this on then downloading the file.
PNG (logos and web use)
PNG files download with a transparent background. This option is great for logos, web use, Snapchat Filters, and social media use.
